History

Through times may change, we remain steadfast in our desire.

Since founding the Company, Toichiro Nakashima pursued nothing less than “quality itself” through carefully selected ingredients, thorough quality control and resourcefulness supporting every endeavor. Products created by integrating these elements have created new trends in Japanese food culture.

At present, as customer needs continue to diversify, our role is seen to be gradually expanding. Even amid such changes, we will never forget the insistence on quality we have maintained for over a century.
